Putting You at Ease
We know that many people will avoid the dentist because they are so anxious to make an appointment; they put up with chronic dental pain, disease, discomfort, or simply a smile they are embarrassed of.
The entire team at Beachmere Dental have the skills, knowledge and compassion to help you feel more comfortable. We want to support you through these challenges.
We take our time to understand your concerns and we’re mindful of any previous experiences you may have had when visiting a dentist.
All of our dentists, oral health therapists and hygienists provide a high standard of care while focusing on your comfort. If required, sedation via Nitrous oxide or “happy gas” or Intravenous sedation are available.
The moment you enter our practice, our cheery front desk staff will greet you. Our waiting room is calm and relaxing, and our staff will chat with you while you complete your paperwork. We’ve been offering dental care to the Beachmere, Bribie Island, Ningi, Sandstone Point community for a long time, and we enjoy building relationships with our patients beyond just their dental care.
We also have TVs in the waiting area and in every surgery, so you can enjoy a show to take your mind off of any anxiety you may have.
Your First Visit
Then your dentist will present our findings and explain your treatment options, if applicable. We encourage you to ask questions—we are happy to explain anything you don’t understand, so that you have all the information you need to make an informed decision about your ongoing care.
Visiting our dental practice can be a pain free experience even if you are the most fearful of dental patients. We offer Nitrous oxide sedation, also known as “happy gas” or “laughing gas” to help you feel more comfortable.
This visit usually takes between 40 and 50 minutes.
Financials
For your convenience, we offer immediate GAP refund claiming through our HICAPS terminal, so you don’t have to send receipts, call your health fund or wait for refunds. We accept all health funds.
